Deanne Zander
Serving as Aurora Sky Media’s Director of Strategic Development, Deanne brings more than 30 years of leadership experience to the team. Deanne started her career in the telecommunications industry, and for the last 15 years has worked for the Marine Corps as the Personal and Professional Development Director at MCAS Miramar.
Deanne has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University, San Marcos, and is currently completing her Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from the University of Charleston, West Virginia. She holds numerous certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Department of the Navy Workplace Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program, and instructor of the Franklin Covey course 5 Choices: The Path to Extraordinary Productivity.
Bernadette Johnson
The heart and soul of Aurora Sky Media, Bernadette manages the day-to-day administrative duties of the entire company. Bernadette originally hails from South Carolina and obtained her associate of letters from King’s College.
After spending many years serving in administrative assistant duties for local and state governments, a medical office, and a law firm, Bernadette decided that the excitement of working in the film industry was her next challenge. Bernadette also enjoys spending time in the editing bay, in particular with sound correction and music synchronization.
Donny Low
Responsible for keeping the company’s IT department and software operations running, Donny also has been a film editor for 14 years. Donny has edited several feature-length documentaries, along with smaller shorts and website videos. Donny enjoys trying his hands at various programming languages such as C++, PHP, and JavaScript. He is especially interested in learning about server-side web application frameworks such as Ruby on Rails.
When not behind a computer screen or editing, Donny enjoys tracing genealogy. He has created ancestral trees for a number of descent lines from remote locations around the world.
